Artificial intelligence is the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems. Specific applications of AI include expert systems, natural language processing, speech recognition and machine vision.

AI is hugely important in commerce: optimising products, planning inventory, logistics etc.AI is  better at predicting behavior than the human mind.  AI can also develop value systems we can’t explain, leading to questionable decisions that seriously impact our lives. Artificial intelligence can now mimic human speech, translate languages, diagnose cancers, draft legal documents and play games (and even beat human competitors).
Artificial intelligence can dramatically improve the efficiencies of our workplaces and can augment the work humans can do. When AI takes over repetitive or dangerous tasks, it frees up the human workforce to do work they  involve creativity y among others.

 AI is to enable computers to perform such intellectual tasks as decision making, problem solving, perception, understanding human communication . computers can read emotions by analyzing data, including facial expressions, gestures, tone of voice, force of keystrokes, and more to determine a person's emotional state and then react to it.

Disadvantages- 
    No emotion .
    High cost of creation .
    Blind Reliance on Al .
    Management Issues.
    Human Factors.
    It Could Make Us Lazy.
    Unemployment.
    Human Interaction.


Artificial intelligence is impacting the future of  every industry and every human being. Artificial intelligence has acted as the main driver of emerging technologies like big data, robotics , and it will continue to act as a technological innovator upcoming future.
