 ‌‌‌Rakesh Sharma proposes an effective and not very expensive solution. The company should buy new modem fax devices for all the regional offices and improve the quality of communication lines between regional offices and the central office.

Riya Mishra offers an entirely different solution. She proposes hiring two additional employees as data operators to reduce the time needed to enter data into the accounting system. This solution does not require much investment and would have the immediate effect of compiling reporting data according to schedule.

Abhay is a fan of new technology, has three powerful computers at his home, plays computer games with his grandson, and reads a lot about the latest technological achievements. Abhay goes on to propose buying and installing an innovative new web-based accounting system so that any employee could enter data about building objects in real time. He has read that a lot of building companies are installing a new accounting system with web access to the data and a flexible report-generating functionality. These companies claim to be very satisfied with the new system and the possibility to operate via the Internet, but at the same time all of them acknowledge the great investment.

Sir now i have three suggestions which has been given by my office friends.  Rakesh has suggested that we should buy 3 new fax machine for our regional office and i have thought already about this solution. Yes it will save our time and it cost is not going so much, but what if we lost data we have to submit our data on time we could not solve this problem with this solution because Riya has to type more data that take much time and due to this some time we lost data as well.

Another suggestion has been given by Riya. She said that we should hire two additional employees for data entry by this we could save our time. But i don't feel that it's going to be a good one because if we hire two additional employees for data we have to pay them their monthly salary approximately 12000 each one of them and we have another problem with our fax machine. What if our fax machine dose not work on time. It will take same time and then we will be late. Although,our data we will be ready but there is no guarantee of submission of our data is one time.

I have one more suggestion which has been suggested by our great office employee who have experience of many many years that is Abhay. By this we could save our time as well as we couldn't lost our data because all data is going to be entered in real time. Via internet we could collect data from each regional office at the same time. In this initial time we have to spend approximately one lakh rupees for all these,but our all problems can be solved by this one.

Reason :

*It is based on new technologies.

* It will help employers to inspire towards task done .

So sir i would like to suggest our company the suggestion that has been suggested by Abhay. We should install an innovative new web-based accounting system. It will definitely help out our company from all the problems. Problem of data loosing, communication, sharing data on time and time management all these problems are going to be solved by this one idea. Because Abhay has shared one more thing about those companies feedback on this. That they are very satisfied with the new system and the possibility to operate via internet. So this idea is definitely going to be fabulous for our company and it's employees.
